Since 2015,
manifesting this ecofarm
is my life’s work.
The river, the climbing tree,
the butterfly garden and jungle fire
all give me
sacred lifeforce energy.
At the same time,
I am you—
because I've been there.
With the Bachelor of Science degree,
the MBA from Harvard Business School—
and also the responsibilities of a single mom,
the serial layoffs,
the battle with breast cancer—
I know how it feels
to carry too much.
I am you—
because I know what it’s like
to spend too much time at the office,
to give too much to others,
to feel increasingly disconnected.
I know what it's like
to watch the days slip by
with mixed feelings of apathy.

I love
swimming in the river,
playing with the volunteers,
+ helping the workers around the farm.
Every day
I hear birds singing,
I play with my dogs,

off my fruit trees.
I'm good at doggy paddling,
using a hammer,
dancing to Ziggy Marley,
+ cutting tomatoes.
I love the jungle
because it’s so green, so nice,
+ with so many animals.

🌴 what is the flow of a typical day?
Each blessed day begins with a sound bath for the ecofarm and walking meditation in the butterfly garden. The morning is grounded around communal fire hearth cooking, river swimming, and 60-90 minutes of a guided activity such as aqua aerobics or tree climbing.
After lunch, we’ll adventure together by engaging in the signature activity for the day. We’ll enjoy the butterfly garden at sunset before gathering around the fire to cook dinner together. The fire circle occurring each evening will feature some combination of playing games, singing songs, making music, and telling stories.
